Race Regulations

Information


  1. The Champions with Disability (CWD) race category is a non-timed, participative category. Timing certificates will not be issued for this category. 
  2. Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder. 
  3. We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant)/Buddies (attendants) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years (born on or before 16.01.2009). Applicant and Buddy are required to register online together. Applicants can register for up to 2 buddies while registering online.   4. Participation confirmation shall be subject to –
    1. Minimum age eligibility to apply for:
      1. Champions with Disability applicant race category is 12 years (born on or before 16.01.2015)
      2. Champions with Disability buddy (attendant) is 18 years (born on or before 16.01.2009)
      3. Entry rules and regulations 
  5. In order to collect running bibs from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo (Thursday, 14th January to Saturday, 16th January 2027), this edition participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    1. Confirmed participants residing in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane are requested to choose their bib collection time slots across 14th January and 15th January, allowing outstation and overseas participants to choose available time slots on 16th January to collect their running bibs.
  6. We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 16.01.2015) at the time of registration. Buddy’s registration to be done at the time of CWD participants registration only, there is no separate registration process to register CWD Buddy. Entry fee is charged for the Buddy (as mentioned in the application fee). Now participants can apply for upto two buddies while registering online.   7. On race day, registered participants will be lined up on a first come first served basis.
  8. All finishers of the Champions with Disability race category will get a finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of Champions with Disability Run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day. 
  9. Race day tee is not offered to Champions with Disability Run participants. 
  10. All applicants and confirmed participants of the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 are requested to visit the event website - https://tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in/ for regular updates.   
  11. HOME RUN SQUAD – Your Family, Your Finish Line! If you and 3 or more members of your family are participating in the event on-ground on 17th Jan 2027, fill out the form here with their names and transaction IDs to receive a special Home Run Squad Digital Photo Frame after the race. *Offer valid on first-come first-served basis, only if all participants of the family are confirmed and participate on race day.
