You are required to participate in Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 Virtual Event from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TMM App.

You can participate in the following race distances mentioned below.

• Virtual Marathon(42.195 KM)
• Virtual Half Marathon(21.097 KM)
• Virtual Open 10K (10 KM)
• Virtual Dream Run (5 KM)
   

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TMM App within the time band from 12:01 am, 18th January 2025 to 11:59 pm on 19th January 2025, without a break.

Registration Starts on 14th August 2024, 7 AM IST
Registration Ends on 8th January 2025, 11:59 pm IST. or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

No. The registration for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 Virtual Event can only be done online here

Yes, you can register your group/corporate members together.

A minimum of 20 participants consider it a group/corporate registration. 

Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Virtual Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K /Dream Run participative category.

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in   with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and race categories.
2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
3. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on email: corporateregistration@procam.in   with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email: corporateregistration@procam.in . 
4. On receiving payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.
5. The TMM registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K/Dream Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the Marathon/Half Marathon/ Open 10K/Dream Run category at the TMM Virtual Event 2025 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
9. Unused online codes cannot be returned or canceled. No refund request will be entertained for unused codes or any incomplete registration.
10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group.
11. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.  

Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the Virtual Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10/Dream Run participative category.

2. The TMM registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
4. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K/Dream Run category at the TMM Virtual Event 2025 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running

Yes, all members of the group need to register individually here with the online code issued by us.
 

Once the applicant has paid for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 Virtual Event, requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th February 2025. An amount of ₹ 50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th February 2025. Notwithstanding anything mentioned before, top-up donations, where made, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.

No. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

No. Goodie bags are not given to any participant of the TMM 2025 Virtual Event.

Virtual Participants who have completed their virtual run using the TMM app will receive physical medal on or before 28^th Feb 2025.

Note: Virtual participants who do not complete their virtual run using the TMM app will not receive a physical medal. 

• Marathon 
  We are reserving 1000 Marathon non-complementary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Marathon. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• Half Marathon 
  We are reserving 1000 Half Marathon non-complementary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Half Marathon. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• Open 10K 
  We are reserving 100 Open 10K non-complementary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Open 10K. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
• Dream Run (5K) 
  We are reserving 250 Dream Run non-complementary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Dream Run. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.

Important Information w.r.t to Gratification delivery:

Delivery dates for registrants registering on or before 29th December 2024:

• Will receive physical bib by 14th January 2025.

Delivery date for registrants registering on or after 30th December 2024:

• Will receive physical bib post 21st January 2025-28th February 2025.

Virtual Participants who have completed their virtual run using the TMM app will receive a physical medal on or before 28th February 2025.

Additionally, participants can download their e-medal and e-certificate from their Tata Mumbai Marathon web profile by 15th February 2025.

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TMM App, within the time band from 12:01 am, 18th January 2025 to 11:59 pm on 19th January 2025. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. You will have to complete the race within 24 hours of starting the race, or before 11:59 pm on 19th January 2025, whichever is earlier, on the TMM App. 

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 21st February 2025.

No, race day tee is not offered to anyone participating in the TMM 2025 Virtual Event.

No. Participation in the TMM 2025 virtual event will not be considered for the Procam Slam.

No, the timing certificate of virtual race will not be considered for applying in on-ground events.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Complete your registered race any day between 18th January (00:01 hrs) & 19th January 2025 (till 23:59 hrs) after selecting the TMM Race button on the TMM App, that will count towards your final results for the TMM virtual event.

No, you are required to participate in the TMM 2025 Virtual Event from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TMM App. Please avoid using the official race route during your final run.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the TMM App. Dates when practice runs can commence will be intimated on the website and on social handles - keep visiting these sites for regular updates.  During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times - it's important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 18th/19th January 2025. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

While only TMM App tracking data shall be considered for your TMM ranking and timing results, there may be timing / distance mismatch of your completed race between TMM App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TMM App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to  TMM.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the TMM app. In case of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between TMM App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TMM App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to  TMM.appsupport@procam.in and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the TMM app crashed during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.

No. Runners are provided with just one chance to complete their run between 18th January (00:01 hrs) &19th January 2025 (till 23:59 hrs), using TMM App. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

Maximum allowed duration is 24 hrs to complete the race, or before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 19th January 2025.

No, you don’t need to send us your clocked time to get your post-race gratification. On verification, all gratifications will appear under your web profile on the Tata Mumbai Marathon website.

The app auto stops when you finish your run.

You can recharge your phone and continue your run. The elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

The TMM Green Bib is a bib that allows you to become a contributor to plantation & growing of trees in the TMM Agro Forest. The contribution of participants and people of the Tata Mumbai Marathon will ensure the Agro forests not just result in a better environment, but provide a livelihood to the farmer who provides their land to the Agroforest initiative. Every year a region will be identified and land will be allocated to the TMM Agro Forest.

Every person who registers for a Race category (including virtual) will have the option to upgrade from a race a TMM Green Bib this year. The minimum contribution is one tree. You can contribute more than one tree and even a 1 acre farm. The contribution can be made at the point of registration or via further donation / fundraising.

The TMM Green Bib will have a different palette on Race Day and will be cherished by the participant, the Evergreener, for the contribution their tree/s made to the climate in the region and the sustenance provided to the farmer providing the land.

1. During Registration:
   • Applicants can upgrade to the TMM Green Bib while registering online for the respective race category by selecting “YES” to Upgrade to TMM Green Bib and contributing for one or more trees.
2. Post Registration:
   • Sign In to your TMM web profile on tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in
   • Select the e-option ‘Upgrade to TMM Green Bib’
   • Select the number of trees you would like to contribute to the TMM Agro Forest initiative, make payment online and become an Evergreener.

On-ground participants who have upgraded their bibs to TMM Green bib will receive their specially designed TMM Green bib at the expo. Virtual Run participants will receive their TMM Green Bib via post. The Geo Location of tree/s contributed towards will be received via official communication email.

The minimum contribution is INR 635 for 1 tree., you can also contribute for more than one tree. Groups/Corporates/CC teams/Individuals also have a chance to support a 1-acre farm of 391 trees at one go, by contributing INR 2,48,285.
The Group SPOC/Individual to send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for the TMM Green Bibs upgrade on behalf of the group/individual along with their group name, number of participants and number of trees to be planted per participant @INR 635 per tree.

Yes, you will receive an 80G certificate for your contribution from UWM on your registered email id.

For groups, the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) can apply for TMM Green bibs on behalf of all registered participants. Follow these steps:

• The Group SPOC will send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for TMM Green bibs on behalf of the group along with a group name , number of participants and number of trees per participant.
• Upon receiving the TMM Green Bib request email, PIPL will send a confirmation email to the SPOC, confirming the availability of TMM Green bibs.
• Once Green bibs are confirmed, the Group SPOC can make payment via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai” or make a NEFT payment to UWM.
• The Group SPOC will receive an 80G certificate for the TMM Green bib donation, sent to their email address
• The number of TMM Green bibs requested should be equal to the number of registered participants in the group. However, SPOC can choose more than one tree per registered participant, subject to availability
• Group TMM Green bibs can only be availed for registered applicants in the group. Individuals who have not registered in the group will not be entitled for a TMM Green bib
• No refunds will be provided once the payment for TMM Green bibs is made under any circumstances
• Purchasing Green Bib does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online successfully to avail the TMM Green bib before the end date
• Team members not mentioning the online code while race category registration will not be eligible for a TMM Green bib (if purchased by the SPOC)
• Group/corporate members must register online using the group code before the registration deadline. However, if a team member wishes to purchase a TMM Green bib individually, they can do so at their own expense before completing their registration.

Yes, in case of non-participation, you can still contribute to the tree plantation and become an Evergreener via donation/fundraising. Click on this link to know more.

In case of rejection, you can still opt to remain an Evergreener, if yes, INR 635 per tree will be contributed from your end and you will receive an 80G certificate for the same. In case you wish to receive a refund of the TMM Green Bib, you will get a full refund of INR 635 and NO 80G certificate will be generated.
