Amenities
- Accommodation: Selected athletes will be provided with accommodation from 1 PM on 15th January 2027 to 11 AM on 18th January 2027.
- Note – All athletes who are eligible for accommodation must check in to the hotel before 3 PM on 15th January 2027, no athlete will be allowed to check in beyond the given deadline.
- All athletes will have to check out by 11 AM on 18th January 2027, failure in doing so will result in athletes being charged for an extra night for accommodation.
- Meals: All meals during the duration of the stay will be provided to the athletes and the accompanying coaches.
- Travel Support: Procam will arrange transportation between the place of stay and the race venue for all elite athletes.
